Teardowns

How I evaluate a product.

Structured critiques of existing products — what's working, what's broken, and how I'd prioritize fixing it. Shorter and faster to produce than a full case study, but still shows structured thinking.

How to fill this in: Pick a product with an obvious rough edge — low app-store rating, a feature you personally find frustrating, or a competitor's weak spot. Keep it structured: overview, what works, what's broken, prioritized recommendations.
